Our experience as a company spans over 50 years, the expertise of our people, even more. From our founding in 1958 by Bill Randolph to our successful position here in the 21st century, Wm. A. Randolph has been known for its solid corps of highly trained engineers. Anthony Riccardi, who has worked for Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. since graduating from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1965, became the firm’s President and Principle in 1992 with the retirement of Bill Randolph. Since coming to Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. in 1965, Anthony Riccardi has seen the firm grow from a two man organization to become the most respected construction company throughout Chicago and the Midwest..

Since its inception in 1958, Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. has evolved with the times. From the late 1960’s through the early 1990’s, Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. was primarily focused on the construction of infrastructure throughout Illinois. This included constructing potable water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, water reservoirs, pumping stations, nuclear and fossil fuel electric generating stations, and bridges. As infrastructure was coming to a standstill, Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. focused its attention to building construction.

Beginning in the early 1990’s, Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. has built everything from hotels, hospitals, parking decks, schools, office buildings, prisons, restaurants, and retail centers. Now considered the premier commercial contractor in the Chicago area, Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. continues to grow with both new and existing clients. As a firm that understands the importance the importance of having a diverse background there is no project type that Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. is not capable of building. Wm. A.
