EXECUTIVE STAFF
Anthony Riccardi
President and Principal
Tony Riccardi, Sr. has been with William A. Randolph, Inc. ever since graduating from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1965. He is experienced in all areas of construction including estimating, project management, and contract negotiations. Mr. Riccardi is also a registered professional engineer.
Some of the projects that he has worked on include wastewater treatment facilities, nuclear power plants, bridges, as well as offices, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
Tony has also served as managing partner of Penta Development Group. He is the father of three children, Julie, Jennifer, and Tony, Jr. In his spare time Tony enjoys spending time with his wife, Suzanne, golfing in Naples, Florida.
Peter C. Luedeking
Vice President
Pete Luedeking has worked in the construction industry for almost twenty-five years after obtaining a B.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University in 1977. Prior to working at William A. Randolph, Inc., Pete's twenty-year association with the Gust K. Newberg Construction Co. afforded him project management and estimating opportunities in both building and heavy construction. His experiences include nuclear and fossil fuel power plants, stadiums, locks and dams, parking garages, roads and bridges, multi use high-rise buildings, hotels, retail, commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. Pete is currently responsible for various clients overseeing home office functions including estimating, contracts, project management and accounting. He relaxes by playing golf and being with his wife Annie, and children Caroline and Eric.
Eric P. Handley
Vice President
Eric is a graduate of the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign (1997) with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Eric has been involved in numerous areas including: retail, hotel, industrial and institutional buildings, mass transit systems, waste water treatment facilities, underground utilities and heavy concrete construction.
Eric’s current responsibilities include overseeing all external and internal operations for various clients. Some of the projects that Eric has worked on since joining Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. include Big Box Retail Stores, Hotels, Shopping Centers, and Extensive Renovations of existing facilities. Prior to joining Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. Eric worked on a waste water treatment facility in Port Said, Republic of Egypt. Eric spends free time with his wife Sarah and his son, Jack.

Tony Riccardi, Jr. is a graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with Honors. Since coming to work at Wm. A. Randolph, Inc. after graduation he has been involved in providing pre-construction services, project management, estimating, and contract negotiations.
Tony is currently involved in nearly every facet of the firm. In addition to being responsible for many of the company’s estimates, Tony also oversees various jobs including apartment buildings, shopping centers and big box retail stores. Tony enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie.
